CABINET minister Lord Falconer was given a new freebie pad yesterday — taking his number of homes to SIX.

The Lord Chancellor was granted use of a grace-and-favour apartment — next door to Deputy PM John Prescott — by former flatmate Tony Blair.

Lord Falconer said he would use the flat only to host parties. But the perk last night sparked a cronyism row.
